Requirements:
- Knowledge of local legislation processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
- Base knowledge of IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of administrative processes.
- Making changes to improve financial and business efficiency.
- Improving reporting and information systems.
- Improving corporate standards and culture.
- Operational management of administrative employees and outsourcing services, maintain policies that ensure effective communication between administrative staff and other personnel.
- Ensuring continuity of provision of administrative services.
- Implementation of responsibility to regulatory government bodies.
- Representation of the company in government and other organizations.
- Coordinating administrative workflow.
- Participation in hiring and training of administrative staff.
- Participation in global projects of the group of companies.
- Approval and signing of official company documents.
- Participation in company certification projects.
Finance Part:
- Formation and monitoring of the company budget.
- Optimization of control systems.
- Request for audits.
- Assistance in generating growth in turnover and profit of the company.
HR Part:
- Participation in promoting the company’s brand as an employer (social network, representation of company).
- Maintaining personnel document flow.
- Formation and management of a social package.
